Terms and conditions for the AdamsNet 30% discount promotion

1. Promotion Overview

AdamsNet is offering new residential customers a 30% discount on their first three months of service when signing up for any of our support plans. This limited-time offer is designed to help customers experience the benefits of our professional IT support services at a reduced initial cost.

This promotional discount applies to our Standard, Premium, and Platinum residential support plans as described on our website. The discount is automatically applied to your first three monthly invoices after sign-up, after which regular pricing will resume.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is available to new residential customers only. A new customer is defined as:

  • A household that has not previously subscribed to any AdamsNet residential support plan;
  • A household that has not had an active subscription to any AdamsNet service within the past 12 months;
  • Residents located within our service area (see website for coverage details).

Current customers, including those upgrading from one plan to another, are not eligible for this promotion. The promotion is limited to one subscription per household.

3. Promotional Period

This promotion is valid from April 1, 2025, through May 31, 2025 ("Promotional Period").

To qualify for the promotion, customers must:

  • Complete the sign-up process during the Promotional Period;
  • Select a qualifying plan (Standard, Premium, or Platinum);
  • Agree to a minimum 3-month service term;
  • Complete the initial setup and onboarding within 14 days of sign-up.

AdamsNet reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotional Period at its discretion.

4. Discount Details

The promotional discount is structured as follows:

  • 30% off the regular monthly subscription rate for the first three consecutive months of service;
  • Applicable to the base subscription fee only;
  • Additional services, add-ons, or one-time fees are not discounted under this promotion;
  • The discount will automatically apply to the first three monthly billing cycles.

Regular pricing will automatically resume in the fourth month of service. The current regular monthly rates for each plan are:

  • Basic Plan: $49/month (with discount: $34.30/month for first three months)
  • Standard Plan: $69/month (with discount: $48.30/month for first three months)
  • Premium Plan: $149/month (with discount: $104.30/month for first three months)
  • Platinum Plan: $249/month (with discount: $174.30/month for first three months)

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which are not discounted as part of this promotion.

5. How to Redeem

To take advantage of this promotion:

  1. Visit our website at adamsnet.io/services/RIT during the Promotional Period.
  2. Select the support plan that best fits your needs (Standard, Premium, or Platinum).
  3. Complete the sign-up process including contact information and payment details.
  4. The promotional discount will be automatically applied at checkout - no promo code required.
  5. Schedule your initial setup and onboarding session with our support team.

Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days of sign-up to confirm your subscription and arrange your initial setup.

6. Limitations

The following limitations apply to this promotion:

  • Limit one promotional discount per household;
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing;
  • Not transferable to another customer or household;
  • Not redeemable for cash or credit;
  • Valid only for residential customers, not available for business or commercial accounts;
  • Geographic service restrictions may apply based on technician availability in your area.

AdamsNet reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject applications that do not meet the promotion criteria.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers who sign up under this promotion agree to a minimum three-month service commitment. Early cancellation within this initial period will result in:

  • Forfeiture of any remaining promotional discount;
  • An early termination fee equal to one month of service at the regular (non-discounted) rate;
  • Responsibility for payment of any outstanding balances on the account.

After the initial three-month period, subscriptions will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the regular rate. Customers may cancel at any time after the initial period with 30 days notice without penalty.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@adamsnet.io or through the customer portal.

8. Modifications

AdamsNet reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to the promotion will not affect customers who have already signed up and received confirmation of their discount.

If material changes are made to the service plans or pricing during your promotional period, your discount will continue to apply at the same percentage rate to any revised pricing for the remainder of your promotional period.

AdamsNet makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of services provided beyond those contained in our standard service agreements.

All services are subject to our standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, which can be found on our website at adamsnet.io/terms.

By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these promotional terms as well as our standard service terms.
